“ENCHANTMENT” | “DESCÂNT” – Painting Exhibition
On the eve of , we are waiting for you at the Bistrița-Năsăud Museum Complex, where the meeting with the master Marcel Lupșe will open a memorable cultural evening. Celebrating 40 years of artistic creation, Marcel Lupșe, defined as one of the most important contemporary painters of the vegetable world by the specialized critics, invites you, together with the organizing institutions, to a high-profile opening: “Marcel Lupșe 65- Disenchant – Painting. Object. Drawing ”.
An impressive exhibition that brings together almost 140 paintings donated to the public in over 200 exhibitions, personal and group, organized throughout his career in the country and abroad. You will meet in the exhibition the famous medicinal plants with which the artist enchants our eyes and senses with color. The scenographic development of the installations designed by Marcel Lupșe for this event will surely stimulate your reflection on the ancient ritual of enchantment that penetrates from beyond the canvas, like the echo of a frozen bell.
The event will take place on Thursday, December 5, 2018, from 18.00, in the halls of the Contemporary Art section of the Bistrița Museum.
